3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kadima Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
